Job announcements for Nov week 3....

Dac Beachcroft
Law firm DAC Beachcroft is acquiring a 54-strong Bristol-based team from Morgan Cole, as part of its expansion strategy. The volume claims and catastrophic insurance team comprises 5 partners and 54 staff members. DAC Beachcroft has a turnover of 163.5m, and 1,840 employees.

Capita
Capita, the customer management services firm, is creating 200 new jobs at a call centre in Leeds. It is also hoping to fill another 300 vacancies at its two call centres in the Dearne Valley. The expansion follows new contract wins and the extension of existing contracts.

Sf Recruitment
Recruitment company SF Group has opened a Leicester office with 11 consultants and aims to increase staff numbers to 20 over one year.

Tolerant Systems
Tolerant Systems, an IT security and compliance company, expects to turnover 600,000 in its first year. The firm employs 20 people and expects to create further jobs as it continues to expand in the UK and internationally.

Harvard Engineering
Harvard Engineering, the Yorkshire-based manufacturer, has sold a minority shareholding to ECI Partners to help pursue its growth plans. The funding will allow the firm to increase staff numbers from 300 to 500 as well as build a new R&D and manufacturing facility.

Active Industrial Services
Active Industrial Services is growing rapidly and is targeting £60m turnover as part of a 5-year business development plan. Employee numbers have grown from 29 to 37, with further employment opportunities expected as expansion continues. The Staffordshire-headquartered group provides supply chain management and industrial engineering services.

Civica Uk
Civica UK has continued to expand with a 10% increase in turnover to 109.6m, while staff numbers have increased from 841 to 1,060. The company, which has a regional office in the West Midlands, has secured a presence on all four lots of the latest iteration of the Government G-Cloud framework.

Grindeys Solicitors
Law firm Grindeys Solicitors Limited, which operates from three offices in Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire, has more than doubled its staff team from 160 to 331. Turnover has also grown substantially, by 133.6% to £17m. The company has a national client base and operates an active recruitment strategy.

New Call Telecom
New Call Telecom, the London-based telecoms firm, is relocating its Lancashire base to Burnley, and is currently recruiting 30 new staff to deal with its expansion. The firm currently employs 110 people. Turnover £13.5m.

JCT600
JCT600 is looking to recruit 50 new staff in a wide range of roles. JCT600 is a family-run business with 47 dealerships.
