Employers ditch 9-5 in favour of 'remote working'

The jobs market is "picking up" but employers appear to be ditching the traditional 9-5 day in favour of remote working. A growing number of employers are allowing their staff to work flexibly, with many building "teleworking" into employees' contracts, research has found.
