Google heads new Guardian UK 300 rankings

According to the newly published Guardian UK 300 listings of the organisations that students most want to work for this year, Google has taken the top spot, followed by BBC TV, which retains the number-two position, with GlaxoSmithKline in third place.  NHS Graduate Schemes, last year’s number one, has slipped to fourth, with MI6 (the Secret Intelligence Service) at number five.  Channel Four moves up one place from last year to take sixth, followed by Amnesty International and Oxfam in seventh and eighth respectively.  Completing the top ten are Mi5 (the Security Service) and Innocent Drinks.... read more
