The East Midlands is hiring – but there's a shortage of talent

HIRING intentions in the East Midlands are among the highest in the UK, according to research by a recruitment firm. The Net Employment Outlook survey, by Manpower, found that the number of companies looking to take on staff in the first quarter of 2012 is up 7%. It is the second highest positive score, behind the North East, which is the most optimistic area for recruitment.
