A DERBY engineering company has found its bearings having doubled its workforce and achieved turnover of £1 million for the first time.
Exalto, which manufactures bearings for the marine and pump industries, had eight employees on short-time working in 2008.
Three years later and the Dutch-owned firm's workforce is now up to 17, it is investing in more machinery and starting to grow out of its Shaftsbury Street premises.
