Derby softwear creator aims to keep growing

A software company that counts Reebok and Adidas among its customers is planning to take on eight extra staff this year. And Silver Pride has had to move offices to create more desk space for software developers, web designers, customer services staff and marketing and sales people. The biggest growth area for the business at the moment is producing applications for Apple's iPhone and iPad. It is also in the process of taking on an apprentice, is keen to build its team to keep up the momentum and has invested in a move from Millennium Way to Victoria Way in Pride Park. It has secured high-profile orders for more software development and e-commerce websites.
Director Benjamin Benn said: "We need new people to help us deal with the new clients, provide customer support and respond to day-to-day sales inquiries." ... read more
