Ernst & Young to convert 50% of work placements into full-time jobs

Ernst & Young has announced that it has the largest private sector internship and work experience programme in the UK. It plans to convert 50% of these placements into full-time jobs by 2013. Stephen Isherwood, head of graduate recruitment at Ernst & Young, commented, 'Over the last twelve months we’ve seen an unprecedented level of demands for our existing internship and work experience schemes.
