Arsenal uses psychometric testing to uncover talent

Premiership football giants Arsenal have been using psychometric tests to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of their next generation of talent.
The Daily Mail reports Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger looks to psychologist Jacques Crevoisier to test players on psychological endurance, competitiveness, emotional control, stress resistance and aggression among other traits.
