Eight in 10 students hold reservations over applying for a job through a social networking site, according to research carried out by Tods Murray’s Summer Law School.
A further 77% are unsure whether social networking sites are any use in searching for a job, while more than 70% said that they would not consider using social network sites when applying for a job. A similar number say that such sites should not be used as a recruitment tool.
